Data-Ops can assist with the planning, implementation, and testing phases when a client decides to utilize new software that will store and administer their data. Creating and implementing new software can be a difficult process that requires a significant amount of time and resources. Data-Ops assists clients during this transition by providing business analysts services that include business requirements gathering, design document writing and proofing, preparing testing documentation and performing in-depth testing, and overall project management.
Past Work:
- Assisted a client with designing a new insurance reserving tool that was used to book hundreds of millions of dollars every quarter.
- Assisted a client with migrating and merging a business unit’s historical insurance claim data with another pre-existing business unit that utilized a different application.
- Worked as project manager during a data cleanup initiative on a client’s legal matters tracking database prior to its migration into a newer application.
